Judging by file size (205 MB for a 2CD album) it's neither HQ or WEB but a regular 192 kbps scene release by SRM (proper/non-modified at best).

Just wanted to listen to all the tracks. If I want to spin one of them, I'll buy it in good quality. I can always try to ask for HQ... :)
