It was shared at vk only partially and it wasn't scene-released - noone else will buy and share hardtunes-exclusives to noones for nothing. When these kind of releases get to Google Play then it'll probably get shared scene or non-scene way.
PR01 had ~1,5 weeks delay (25-Nov vs. 06-Dec) so expect PR02 no earlier than 27-Jan (20-Jan + 1 week).
