Of course the track it's upconverted from a 64 kbps version mp3...
FMC group here has created a release including re-encodes and shitty remixes from a couple of random amateur "remixers".
I mean, just listen to "dj cillo" remix, that's pure crap!
This track in fact was never released officially from the label (Melodica Records / Moremoney Italy), not even a promo version just like this "cdm".
The only two tracks from the project Paper Boy that was officially released are Special Day and Step By Step.
Good Luck was included in a couple of compilations, according to Discogs, but never released as a single.
So... I think that what you find here it's the best version of this remix that you can find online, assuming that all this remixes was produced by amateur guys with fl studio back in 2005.
Not everytime scene releases means the best quality you can find online, so maybe you can just keep on searching... ;)

This is just a radio rip from m2o, back in the day they occasionaly played full tracks at early morning times...

I don't think it's a radio rip, i have downloaded from a website (maybe m2o website itself?? I can't remember) a 80kbps version back in time that I still have in my hard drive... But don't worry, it sounds the same shit like the FMC released version! It's just a heavy downsampled version, I think.
For youtube version, I think it sounds the same of our mp3 but "feels better" as youtube upconvert and tweak audio sources in all the uploaded videos to make a good listening on all devices, for more info you can read here http://www.h3xed.com/web-and-internet/youtube-audio-quality-bitrate-240p-360p-480p-720p-1080p or you just can search on google for other information.
To answer to ExDuelist, I'm from Italy and at the time i really like italo dance and similar things, then i switched my musical tastes to something different but I still have some old releases on my hard drive.

beh allora, compaesano, mi trovo in una situazione particolare, affine alla tua se vogliamo.. morta la italodance mi sono spostato sulla trance e sulla progressive da cui ho tratto e continuo a trarre immense soddisfazioni. Solo che da qualche mese a questa parte ho sentito il bisogno di recuperarare tutta la musica italodance che ho vissuto quand'ero piccolino, ho riscoperto canzoni che non sentivo da 10 anni, forse più.. e il tutto per non dimenticare quegli anni e quelle melodie, come sembra abbia ormai fatto l'Italia. Ad un certo punto mi ero anche autoconvinto che trance e progressive fossero generi "superiori", che la dance di una volta fosse musica per bambini a confronto.. grosso sbaglio, non si può sostituire una madre con una moglie (se capisci che intendo), hai sempre bisogno di entrambe ;)

si, sono settimane che recupero tutto ciò che mi ricordo di quegli anni, avrò racimolato sui 40gb, il più difficile è stato avere un quadro della discografia di gigi d'agostino (che tutt'ora continua a produrre dance di qualità), ma ce l'ho fatta, grazie anche a voi e a questo fantastico sito. ;)
