*sigh* Pro old skewl stuff by RIP artist from RIP label :<
It seems there were 2nd scene release for this one by HB group (it's named "3_Steps_Ahead_-_Its_Delicious-(NL9280)-Vinyl-1997-HB_INT").
It was ripped later than MTC's one (2008 vs 2005), same VBR -V2 quality (tho MTC's might have used earlier Lame/encoder version than HB's 3.97), with larger total release's size (51,15 MB without bundled jpg vs. 44,23 MB).
Prolly I'll be able to get MTC's one but it' won't be too soon and tbh I don't see much point to go hunt for it as this one looks better (HB used to make pro and a lot of rips, can't be sure about MTC).
Got MTC's one now, actually it's encoded with -V0 quality, but:
a) Track #1 is shorter than in HB's rip (5:20 vs. 6:33);
b) Track #2 is totally fucked up (2:49 vs. 6:37);
c) Despite better encoder settings (-V0 vs. -V2) tracks' average bit rate is actually almost the same as HB's.
