Moving Elements gave me link to Moving Records official page, where you can download this release (link). Unfortunately, from this page you won't get "Blame It on the Sun (Dan Rouge Remix)", because there is only Radio Edit, but I found HQ and full remix on vk.com. Below link to whole release (with Dan Rouge Remix).

Thanks a lot, if i can, where are you from? I'm from Romania and Moving Elements are Romanian for this i've asked this release :)
There aren't a lot of a old Romanian release because there are only 1 or 2 releaser/ripper like Kaizen and Dang3 (Hot Hits Romanian Music Express [some of them are very rare, but magical], RO Dance Hits and other Romanian Dance compilations that are rares) for example i found two cds that i've saw on Discogs but doesn't exists releases :(((

You mean, your national dance music is pretty rare and hardly available, right?

Yes, i mean this, it's one of the most rare nation with beautiful music but rare... and a lot of Kaizen releases are hard to find especially the old dance of Romanian like releases of Candy, Andre', Andreea Balan and others :)
