Afaik, this is not a mixed compilation and its 320 kbps WEB release (VA-Unleashed-(SCCD005)-WEB-2011-EDML) has all 20x tracks as they are supposed to be. It also includes "Full Continuous DJ Mix" as a bonus track #21 but naturally it doesn't come with (or actually needs) CUE.
So the only scenario you might require CUE is if (for some weird reason) you stick to this compilation's regular VBR- V2 CD-rip (VA-A2_Records_Unleashed-CD-2011-hM) that comes as a single MP3/whole CD image file and indeed had CUE missing in its certain uploads/versions.
Anyways, try this CUE I could find around - (supposedly) from the aforementioned hM's release. Hopefully, the split will match (just make sure it contains/refers to exact mp3 filename you have, edit/fix it if needed):
