I met a couple of claim-to-be-high-bitrate (CBR 256 and 320 kbps) MP3-versions of this album that looked like created all the way back @ 90's when the CD was initially released. Unfortunately they were just upconverts from CBR 128 kbps (tracks' frequencies shown in spectrogram "cut" @ 15 kHz).
Best scene-release of this album is named "3_Steps_Ahead-Most_Wanted_and_Mad-WEB-1997-uC" and is made from (quite recent) digital/WEB release of this album in WAV that afterwards was converted to MP3 in VBR -V0 quality.
Target bitrate for this encoder setting is 245 kbps (and is highest gainable for VBR mode). Lowest average bitrate for a track of this album is 198 kbps, highest = 263 kbps.
