Good morning, Tektopolis and thank you very much.. Yes, I am also interested in the CDM besides the 12".

Any idea what's the source of this, because the time length is few more seconds for each song than given on Discogs? A promo maybe?

Good, I do not know if it happened to you again, but they do not usually coincide much with what they put on the discogs page with the ripping of the CD or vinyl.
But it does not seem to be a promo, at least at first sight.
Honestly I do not really trust much, sometimes they vary a few seconds and I have even seen a few minutes below.

Okay. CD times on Discogs are usually fitting, vinyl times naturally less.

Also I got a 320kbps version of the CD, the time lengths of the tracks are close to the ones stated.

just my 2cents from cd ripping days, which i see isnt implemented much nowdays, mostly for web rips, but in general the following could be the reason:
some cds came with a few extra silence seconds in the beginning and the end of each track, for a clear transition between tracks.
some ripping programs know how to remove that silence, and if i am not mistaken some can add silence.
perhaps this is the reason for the slight difference.
i am reorganizing my collection and if there is a web version of a vinyl, most of the time the web version is much longer because of silence, best way to confirm, is to listen to the track :)
